The Website

FRACTIONIZE initially started off solely as a personal web log back in 2003 when B2 revolutionizes the whole Content Management System for SMEs.  Even then, I only had so much free time to conduct experiments on the CMS before Wordpress came about after the discontinuation of B2 project.

As time passes by, I just thought I could make use of the web space and coincidental name of it by introducing individual side projects that would ultimately be put together as showcase to the rest of the world. Seven years have gone by and now, FRACTIONIZE stands alone with the general public in mind, though I have specifically targeted design firms who are looking for potential graphic designers in achieving the same dream on either freelance or full-time basis.

Based on a minimalistic approach, FRACTIONIZE highly appreciates viewer and their time and therefore is constructed with usability as the main quality projected through the clean interface. With this website, I can easily reach out to my target audience for the intended purpose of promoting myself as a graphic designer who can work under pressure and competitive environment.

As a self-promotional website, FRACTIONIZE contains a reasonable collection of works that I have done in the past. That serves as a portfolio so that potential employers are given the chance to evaluate on my qualifications. Contact details are also made available for future referencing.

The Designer

Having just completed the Graduate Diploma in Multimedia Design at Monash University, I am currently based in Melbourne, Australia working on freelance jobs in hope of finding an ideal employment career. Prior to that, I have graduated from RMIT University with Bachelor Degree in Communication Design in 2008. Otherwise known as Mun, I have always believed in my own capabilities of having able to work either as individual or team in studio. Throughout the years as a student, I have participated in various development of collateral as an intern and freelancer.

As you might have probably noticed, I am very much a fan of minimalist design as I uphold the belief that less is always more. Simplicity is the essence of clarity, which somehow reflects on my personality as being a rather straightforward person. I am one whose ideas revolved around the happenings that occur to me in my daily life. I prioritize my family more than anything else and they will always remain as the driving inspiration in my undertakings.

Web design is only one of the many interests I have put much effort in over the years. My first encounter with HTML codes is dated back in 1999, the very same year I was introduced to the cyber world. Not forgetting the ever loud dial tone blasting through the puny speakers of my brother’s cream white 28.8k US Robotics modem. Just like any other geeks out there, I have an undying love for anything technological and speed is my best ally.
