Alright, I’m feeling really numb right now. Lost my sexy voice and sprained my leg last night. Linkin Park’s concert in Kuala Lumpur is finally over. Really glad to be part of the crowd. The atmosphere was astonishing, with all the crowds screaming and jumping non-stop.. Have you watched the Faint videoclip? Yeah, something like that.. Really cool… And fuck those set of rules. No screaming? No jumping? Basically nobody even cares. They even tossed their towels and freebies to the vip crowd in front of the stage.

Alright, just a brief introduction of one of my greatest day ever. I woke up at 8:00am in the morning and showered. Walked to the corner coffeeshop and met up with Vincent, Joel, Eugene and his brother. We had pork mee for breakfast. ‘ Tapaued ‘ for William who reached 40 minutes later and had his breakfast at Eugene’s place.

Vincent was kinda reluctant to drive down to KL at first but we managed to change his mind after bragging him for 20 minutes. We left Subang Jaya around 12 in the afternoon and drove down to KL with smooth traffic. We parked at the Puduraya bus station for 5 minutes only to find that the place look rather unsafe and too quiet… So we switched over to the parking right beside the Merdeka Stadium and it’s only per-entry fee, sponsored by William!

Walked down the slope and took the KL Monorail to Sg. Wang for RM1.20 :P Whe ride took only about 3 minutes! Hahaha, what to do.. Lazy to drag our feet to KL Plaze to meet up with my friends. Had Mcdonalds across the street for lunch. Walked over to Sg. Wang and meet up with Unlinker Imakuni. Accompanied him at Mcdonalds (again!) for his lunch and then we just wandered around aimlessly for 1 hour before taking the monorail back to Hang Tuah Station and walked all the way back to the stadium.

People started gathering at their respective gates, and I was like walking up and down, hoping to bump onto friends and relatives. Night-Shade and Mellissa were there together with her friends. Big crowd, eh? Began to lose patience after standing for 2 hours so we started chanting “LINKIN PARK LINKIN PARK LINKIN PARK” non stop and swearing at those guards who refused to let us in. But I guess it wasn’t their fault anyway. We were the ones who got there early and the gate’s suppose to open only at 6:30pm :P :P

And those bloody asses were pushing one another just to get into the stadium. There was this guy on my right side who shouted “OI fuckers, stop pushing from the back, you fucking chicken asses” or something like that. I couldn’t recall much as I was being squashed by this fat lady who was also struggling to get into the stadium. 5 lanes into 1 narrow lane really pain in the ass. I gotta play dirty and tickle people from the side so they’ll avoid me! muahahahaha!

Took me about 20 minutes before finally going through all the stinky crowd and security. The guard was like asking me, “ade bawa benda tajam, kamera, pistol, air, makanan..” and the list goes on. Then i only realized i lost contact with my friends who got into the stadium earlier. I was about to find them when Dj Lefa called me. So I waited for him at the front entrance for like 20 minutes but still couldn’t see him. So I walked down to the middle level and I stumbled upon this long, long queue for food. Geez, 1 sandwich for RM10? That’s hella insane ….

I wandered around and sprained my left leg! Argh, not really severe but I could see the joint was slightly bruised. Erk, just make sure it doesn’t affect my driving trials this Sunday. Will gonna sit for the test very very soon!! Wooohooo ! Culdn’t get through Dj Lefa’s phone so I gotta wait for him to call me back. The network was all jammed up last night, couldn’t even check my credit balance! And so Lefa did ring my phone again, and he finally guided me to his seat.

So I brought him to my seat which was at the top level, got a panaromic view of the stadium and the stage as well. Then Lefa was telling me he got the ticket at the very last minute in Sunway Pyramid. So I was kinda surprised and asked if he got the RM102 or RM82 ticket. “The one I bought was RM127″ I was like, “WTF! You’re in the wrong zone! You’re suppose to be standing at the pitch!” Hahaha, he laughed and then joined his friends minutes later at the pitch, leaving behind Flunky, Vincent, William and I.

Alright, and the clock finally struck 8:30pm. They’re very precised and started the concert at 8:30pm sharp. Too Phat came out for the opening and was given a warmth welcome. As usual, they did the breakdancings and rappings. But everyone got bored too soon and started boo-ing at them. Hahaha, so sad but no pity, cause we paid so much for Linkin Park but not Too Phat. They performed for 30minutes and that’s freaking long!!

Eish eish, and now… Finally the bomb, Mr. Hahn appeared on the stage and went straight to the deck at the middle of the stage. And slowly the rest turned up and drove the whole crowd crazy! Played “dont stay” and I could see those crowd on the pitch waving and jumping like ants. It was so cute! And stadium was surprisinly filled. Not bad!! This shows that we’ve got a huge amount of loyal Linkin Park supporters here in malaysia! Woohooo !

They played mainly all those top singles which once topped the billboard chart, namely Faint, Crawling, One Step Closer, Numb, Points of authority, papercut, in the end and much more! Those who bought the rm102 seatings basically stood and was jumping and screaming on their seats throughout the whole concert! No words could desrcibe my feelings, as it was just pure adrenaline rush for straight 2 hours. We were like singing along and the band was pleased!

But it was kinda disappointed as the concert only lasted about 2 hours. They’ve mentioned something about performing again here in the coming years so I hope they’ll keep their promise and hopefully the Ministry of Cultures and Art doesn’t screw up next time. I should’ve brought my camera in the first place but I was afraid that it’ll get confiscated! Sigh, the pictures I’ve posted in this post were taken by Archangel and Nodeffect from Unlinked. Supposed to have supper together with Vincent, Eugene and William but I was too tired. Showered and came online for a while before I went to bed. That means I’ve skipped my dinner last night! Ouch ouch, so freaking hungry but i was too lazy to cook myself a bowl of maggi mee. :S

Just came back from lunch. Had a large bowl of wan tan mee noodles. Muahahaha! Decided to take a day off since my voice hasn’t recovered yet and my leg still hurts! :( Will blog again tonight so tataz !
