Erk.. I shouldn’t have slept during the afternoon cause it gives me a terrible headache, and it always does! Eish, I couldn’t help it since my eyelids were slipping down every minute or so. Slept at 3 in the morning and woke up at 9, only to find that Eugene’s teacher were present so that means they wouldn’t be able to lepak until break. So I lied down on my bed and meaningless thoughts begun filling up my blank mind. Sigh, I’m into depression lately… Family affairs. *Growls*
Oh well. Left the house around 9:45am and drove mom’s Honda Jazz to Taylor’s College, hoping to find a parking slot but lady luck wasn’t on my side. So I gotta park somewhere far away from Sri KL and walked all the way down the road to meet up with Eugene and the rest. Ohohohoh. And it is confirmed, that we will be having our breakfasts at Sri KL every Friday. Sounds crazy huh? Hahaha, well it does actually but it’s also great fun and reminds me of the olden days… when I used to be a rebellious child back in the 90s’.
And the nasi lemak tasted so much better today, although the chicken meat was hard like rock :\ But nevertheless, it was delicious. Bought another packet for my mom since she hasn’t eaten anything yet. Hehehe! But I think what makes it selling so good is the ultimately low price tag (RM2.00, with chicken)! Seriously, I don’t mind paying more for the big packet of nasi lemak with chicken, rather than those found in Seri Cahaya where canteen operator cheats on you by flattening the rice so that it looks as if the the plate’s all filled up. And it’s RM1.50 without chicken! WTF!
Eish.. Okay, now I feel so guilty. Went to school last two weeks and canteen operator treated me a free drink. Hahahaha, they aren’t that bad after all… But still, the canteen operator should have done something about the food they’re catering right now. Students have been eating the same food over the past 4 years, and it’s really sickening. Other foods including junk foods and cold dishes which are favourites among the younger ones. And the f**king school is not doing anything about it! Why are junk foods allowed but not carbonated drinks (Coke, Sprite, Pepsi etc)!
Ooooooh, Seri Cahaya is so full of shit… But that’s where I got my formal education from. Can’t do much about it. I am now striving to live for the another 70 years, get a cert and stable carrier so I could earn big bucks and assure that my family is well fed. Oh crap, now I’m all full of shit.
Mom cooked fried meehoon today and I had my dinner at 8:30pm cause that’s when I woke up from my so-called short nap. Erk. Really bored. Chinese New Year is coming to an end, and off I go soon to Kelantan for National Service. Can’t wait to get it done with so I can start college A.S.A.P! Hmmm, I’ve not done any shoppings for National Service too! Oh wait, do I have to actually..? Will have to get tons of disposable cameras so I can bring home some of the sweetest memories in my entire life!
Erk, ciaos… Love ya’
Edit: Oh yeah.. Have I told you how gorgeous and slutty Britney Spears is, in her new video clip -Toxic? Caught it while watching Channel [V] at Gazebo yesterday. Ohohohoh. Really a controversial video clip as some may find it eye-popping while the rest prefers the old Britney with pony-tail who loves getting hit one more time over and over again.

Boo hoo hoo. Just came back from Samantha’s CNY open house. Got to tour around the house and I must say the interior designer has done an impressive job. Very authentic indeed… Fits perfectly well for Chinese New Year mood. The place is all well lit as well, and it feels very cozy inside. I just love your room, Samantha but it would’ve been much better if only there was a door, for more privacy :\ Hehehe… Anyway it was quite a big crowd as well, relatives and friends. Vincent drove me there along with Rachel, Wei Mun and Kathryn and reached Sam’s place around 7:15pm.
Hmmm, had dinner before that since mom cooked fried rice today. The food catering looks good too although I never actually tried them out :\ Was feeling all full until the very last minute when we decided to leave, then my tummy started growling *Sighs* So all I had for tonight was a glass of wine and syrup juice mixed with Absolut Mandrin Vodka. Hmmmm, still feeling sober.. but my body’s kinda heaty right now. And not to mention but hungry as well! Argh….. It’s drizzling right now and I’m too lazy to move my ass to the kitchen to hunt for food. Er… not like the kitchen has anything edible unless I cook it first..
Argh! I woke up at 11:15 this morning. And walked all the way to Taylors College AGAIN for breakfast together with Eugene and Sin Hue. Daniel and Jason, whom both of them are Eugene’s classmates were also there. We had Burger Kings and sat down for a lil’ bit of chit-chat session. They were discussing about people which doesn’t concerns me at all.. And secondly, I’m not in the same college as them.. So you imagine how lost I was. Just sitting down, took a few pictures (Gosh, I suck in those pics >.<) and then followed them back to Taylors College AGAIN.
Ohohohoh, this time I just walked in without any tags or whatsoever. The guards didn’t care much either as they were sitting down at the side chatting with fellow colleagues. So I crawled all the way up the stairs and finally to their classroom. Hmm, pretty cool actually. Can’t wait to start college! Argh! Waited for a few minutes and finally came the teacher so I gotta get ditched and waited at the entrance for my mom to come pick me up. Hehehehe!
Hmmmm… Came home, chilled out and went online for a while. Then drove my mom’s Honda Jazz out to Gazebo at 3:50pm for a meet-up with those who are leaving to Perth in a couple of days time. Erm, around 13 of us turned up. Had a cup of Milo Ais but then Ken paid for everything so … thanks a lot! Hehehehe! Sat down again, gossiped and took pictures. Will upload it some day… Perhaps this weekend? Hopefully…. *Grins*
Oh well.. then they decided to go Club 7 for a game of pool. Erk, so we drove there and chilled out. Didn’t play today cause I wasn’t in a mood.. to play. Not moodswing! *Growls* Okay, but I played Foosball instead. Ouch, and that made me tummy ache for 5 minutes. Crappy-yet-stunning goals made us laughed our asses off.. We scored all the 8-9 balls in less than 2 minutes. *Eish* What a waste… Hahaha, but it was great fun.
Hmm… so I left early and came back home. Had dinner and then came Vincent and drove all of us to Samantha’s place. Yes, 5 of us cramped inside the Proton Iswara Aeroback. Things got kinda hectic during the 10minutes journey. But fortunately, no casualties so cheers! :D Didn’t get to take my bath so off I go now for a hot shower. Bye bye!
28 January 2004
Ooh wow. Tonight is going to be one breezy night and guess I will have to curl myself up underneath the blanket for a cozy sleep. Ohohohoh, and I have this sudden urge of playing under the rain.. It’s been a while since I last did that and came back home with a flu. Hmm, odd. Didn’t sleep well last night, and my neck hurts right now :\ Will have to seek medical treatment from my mom. Hahahaha, and she’ll go complaining about me using the computer too much that causes the muscle strain. As usual.
Woke up at two in the afternoon.. and since the sky was all shrouded by dark clouds, mom decided to cook two packets of Maggi Mee and turned it into a plate of Bovril Maggi Mee. Have you ever tried or heard of it? Hahaha, I practically grew up with this cost-saving yet lip-smacking delicacy. Yummy… Speaking of food, I’m now hungry and yes, I’m always hungry when it comes to food talking. Hahahaha, but I can never grow fat.. Eish.
Rain started pouring down since 3 in the afternoon and yes it still is right now. Surprisingly, many arent’ back from holidays yet. The streets are still kinda empty, and you should check out the federal highway. Traffic was smooth even though it was RAINING. Yes… nobody knows why the LDP always clog up with cars and the sudden traffic jam whenever it rains during normal weekdays. Accidents do occur but I see no point why passers-by actually want to slow down and take a peek. Geez… Typical Malaysians.
And gosh, why am I talking about all these nonsense!? Grr… I’m feeling grumpy all of a sudden. Hahahaha, oh well :\ Going to meet up with Sin Hue, Eugene and William for lunch again tomorrow. Nothing much to do if I stay at home.. mIRC channel’s so dead with most of them going back to school… and StreamyX being such a bitch, I can’t download any Animes! @$!@($&!@$&(!@$@….
Okay ciaos.
27 January 2004
Ahhh… WordPress has finally released an update for those who runs into troubles while attempting to upgrade from B2 and import their databases. It is now version1.0.1-miles. Not sure if the updated files are going to fix the problems though.. Just downloaded it but will save it for tomorrow as I’m all cock eyed, after staring at those PHP codes for so long. Erk, trying to understand what those particular codings are meant for but it’s just way too complex. *Sigh*
Ohohoho. Another day gone, and 21 days more to go.. Still haven’t receive any letters from the Ministry of Defence regarding my transportation to the campsite. The official website is lacking vital informations for candidates. Eish…. But hey, I have no fears. In fact, I’m pretty much all hyped up for the National Service. After reading all articles available in our local press, it doesn’t seem and sound THAT bad after all. The only matter that kept me disappointed was the sudden deduction of monthly allowance from eye-popping RM300 to a dreadful RM100. *Shrieks*
Okay… What else? Met up with another few more ex-Sri KLians this afternoon. Zue Wen, Hui Lin, Wei Sheng and Kai Yen. Ohohoho. They all still looks the same… Woke up late this morning but hey, at least I still made it in time (I guess..) Met up with them at the Mcdonalds near Taylors College. Yeah, MOST of them are currently studying in Taylors College. How sad of me being the only one stranded in Cyberjaya. Didn’t eat that time as I was still half-asleep so I sat down and chatted a lil’ bit.
Ohoho, and since I’ve got nothing else to do.. I decided to join them for a walk back to the college and crawled the stairs up to the hallways which leads to their classroom. Felt awkward since I’m no student, which also means that I’ve trespassed without authorization. Hahaha. Zue Wen passed me her tag as a cover-up but hey, it worked…. Hehehe! The classes look kinda crampy :\ But I guess it should be great fun since my friends are all teasing me how fun college is. Damn it. Can’t wait to start July Intake! ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay whatever.. Zue Wen and Hui Lin got a class to attend so I walked all the way back to Mcdonalds and waited for William and Rachel to arrive. Had lunch together with them and dragged my feet back home :\ Was so freaking hot but I didn’t want to drive cause it’s gonna be a pain in the ass if you wanna find a parking slot around Taylors college.
Ohohohoh… Back home and been working on my website and all. Evan has finally set up a new web portal for Drivel and it should be up for public visiting now. Husni is currently working on the site template and I guess it’ll be done in a couple of days. Hehehe!
I’m tired… See you guys.
26 January 2004
Sin Hue gave me an unexpected call this morning, don’t quite remember what time it was. But that didn’t help as I slumped on to the bed once again and fell asleep. Hmm, then came another call from Sin Hue.. and told me that she will be reaching my place in about an hour time. Great, so I dragged myself out of the bed and off to shower. I was asked to walk over to Subang Parade so I could lead them over to my place. Why not, since I’ve not eaten anything yet. So I did, and bought a Mdonalds McValue Meal for lunch. Didn’t get to finish it since my taste buds were all half-dead just like me during that time.
Walked all the way back up and checked out what’s new on the shelves in MPH Bookstore. GUESS WHAT! I bought a copy of this month’s FHM featuring Amanda Griffins! *Drools* But she doesn’t look much appealing in those covershots, compared to her normal appearances as a VJ in Channel [V]! Seriously, both Amanda and Sarah are the ones who made me turn my back against MTV…. But now there’s VJ Denise Keller! Argh…….. Decisions decisions..
Okay whatever.. Walked out of Subang Parade and came the Merz Kompressor, driven by Yik Kent with three other angels in the car… So I hopped into the car, and that makes it a total of four angels in the car :P Just kidding… Brought them to my place and basically did nothing. Chit-chatted and played cards. Argh, once again… I became the ‘God of Wealth’. Eish eish.. Was doing quite well AS USUAL until Jet Choy and Venice, who came minutes later, joined in for a few games. Jet Choy won RM15 instantly and those RM1 bank notes of mine slowly got distributed away.
Sigh, the group didn’t stay quite long as they have other houses to hop to. Wanted to join in but then having left Sri KL for 5 long years, I felt more like a complete stranger if I choose to tag along. Hehehehe, so I passed up the chance. But it was great having the opportunity to meet up (Or do you consider this an unofficial reunion?) with my ex-school mates and erm …. can’t say I know Venice very well since I’ve only met her twice… but she and Jet Choy are one lovely couples. Hahaha!
Cute cute.. My family’s Cocker Spaniel, Girl Girl was the star attraction of the day as she mezmerized the rest with her cute chubby looks and short pony tail. So they left and my house was all pin drop silent again.. Sigh, how I wish every single day of my Chinese New Year can be spent this way…. Big crowd with lots of noise, cracking up jokes and embarassing moments to share together with. Hahah =X
Vincent came few hours later and off we went to Club 7 again. Hehehehe, Was supposed to save it for tomorrow and Friday but then I insisted on having a game or two since I was dead bored after spending whole of last week at home, sicked and sorrowed. William joined us minutes later and whoah, didn’t know he could play so well. Hahaahah And me? Neh…… Lots more to learn, but there was improvement! Hey, self praise is no praise right? But this is true! I even won William in the final game! Hahahaha, it was all pure luck anyway :\
Had Nandos for dinner and accompanied mom to KLIA tonight. Gotta fetch my sister who were back from Bangkok for holidays. Hahaha…. Oh well, I’m hungry. Will blog again tomorrow.
25 January 2004
Wowee~! Another ang pow from Amanda’s mom today, and that makes it a total of 18 ang pows I’ve collected so far. Went to Amanda’s place for her Chinese New Year open house this afternoon. Quite a big crowd, mostly girls from Cempaka and Golden Kids Club, and not to mention but lip-smacking food as well, especially the lamb and assam laksa. Speaking of food, I’m all hungry again after having clamshells with chilli paste for dinner… Served with rice.
Hmm, woke up at 12 in the afternoon. Vincent volunteered to drive me down to Kota Kemuning so a big thank to you, that is… if you are reading la. Moreover, I didn’t know the way to Amanda’s place so I need someone to bring me there. And traffic at the highway was smooth, as those people aren’t back from hometown yet. So I guess it’s wise not to go out tomorrow as people will come flooding every possible road just to get back to the city.
Spent the whole afternoon at Amanda’s place, and we had a mini gambling session. Was kinda reluctant to bet since I always loses and never wins. But being such a stubborn kid, I placed RM5 bank note in front and joined in the ‘fellowship’. As Ken distributed two cards to me, I picked them up and slowly opened it.. Voila! It was a blackjack and won RM10 instantly. Freaking unbelievable yeah?
But as the greediness grows deep inside of me, I continued playing and voila! RM10 back to Ken, perhaps even more than just that *Sighs* Most of us backed out in the middle of the game, so we changed to the 3-cards and won RM30… Just enough to cover my total loss moments ago… Then we moved on downstairs and played the Playstation 2. I was fiddling around with Brenda’s Logitech Webcam Pro4000. Really cool gadget, probably gonna get one for myself.
We even took group pictures with the webcam and recorded movies of us doing crazy stuffs. Hmmm, come to think of it… We made a fool outta ourselves, in front of Amanda’s parents’ friends. Hahahaha, we didn’t know that they were in the room as well until we turned around and saw them … glaring at us blankly. Hahahaha! Argh! But it was all fun… and Brenda, you only sent me 2 pictures! Where are the rest of the photos and videos! Quick quick!
Anyway, mom gave me a call and asked me come back home so I could have dinner with her. Hmmm, again family affairs so I wish not to mention it right here. :\ Really full of crap which kinda makes me frustrated at times. Bah, now I’m so full of shit. And so I did, as Vincent drove me back home and went out with mom and brother for dinner at the nearby coffeeshop.
Hmmm, everything seemed fine moments later so I hopped into my bro’s car and requested him to drop me off at Cafe 7 (Otherwise known as Club 7), which is located at the Subang Square. Joined Vincent and Timothy for pool session and now I’m so freaking addicted to it. The feeling of sinking a ball for the very first time is utterly amazing. I’ve discovered a new interest in me… P O O L. Ohohohoh, will be going there again for another game or two with Vincent and Timothy this Friday night. Oh, Tuesday also after Vincent’s done with his college on that day. Hahahaha.
Time for some outdoor (As in, out of my house *giggles*) activity cause parents have been complaining about me staying at home and staring at this monitor for too long. Hahahaha. Also played Foosball for the very first time. Vincent and I teamed up since we are both newbies and gosh, we got trashed by Timothy with a 7-2 scoreline. Certain goals were pretty much silly yet funny as well. Were laughing our asses off throughout the 15 minutes game of Foosball.
Hmmmmm, so in the end? I love Foosball and Pool. Gonna go back there for more in the coming days. Hehehehe. Sin Hue might be dropping by at my place tomorrow so I guess I better sleep early and wake up early in the morning tomorrow.. Don’t wanna welcome her with my undead zombie looks. Okay ciao.
24 January 2004
Hmm.. Let me see. I woke up at 2 in the afternoon, picked up the phone and had my fingers glued onto it because of Ancient Empires. What’s that I hear you ask? Well, those who played Advanced Wars on the GBA will find this game pretty much similar, as it is also a turn-based strategy game featuring creatures of myths and legends. It’s addictive so those who owns any of the Nokia Series 40 phones might wanna check it out.
Oh well, so I finally got hold of the phone, saved the game and decided to call Nando’s Delivery at 3:30 in the afternoon. Hahaha, and yes, I played for one and a half hour which has drained up 2/3 of the phone battery. I had to reset the phone as it became a little bit jittery and starts lagging even when I tried typing out an SMS. Bah! And no, I ain’t complaining =X Just that it gets a lil’ bit fed up once in a while when my phone suddenly jammed up for no reason. Eish eish..
What else? Chinese New Year is so boring. All shops are closed and the streets are like pin-drop silent. A very unusual sight of Subang Jaya with no traffic jams. Kinda creepy too actually… *gasps* I have a CNY open house to attend to so I guess it’s wise to sleep early tonight as I’m afraid I will not be able to wake up. Ohohoho, Vincent wil be driving me down Shah Alam so better not FFK him.. Or else…
Hahahaha take care y’ all and good night.
23 January 2004
Grr.. What a way to celebrate Chinese New Year. Fever has finally been cured with 14 hours of sleep, and comes the sudden diarrhea which obviously is 10x WORSE than fever and flu. Woke up, and straight to the toilet. Mom was also down with diarrhea so I guess we were both pretty much caused by the same food.. Might be the prawns mom cooked the day before yesterday for reunion dinner as some of those I had were.. ‘stale’.
Argh! Sister went to Bangkok with her boyfriend so the house was all quiet throughout the whole day. Nothing much happened today, except for the fact that the streaking sun was so hot that any chicken that crosses the road will get roasted immediately. Serious! Those rays glaring directly at my face through the window really stings and the bed was all soaked with sweat. Cis, one of the reasons why I never like Chinese New Year.. It’s always HOT HOT HOT!
Hmm, what else? Mellissa finally done with the new layout for her Ravishing. You might wanna drop by at Pearly’s blog as well, as she has also came up with a new layout. Helped out a little bit this evening since she had problems uploading the files, so I did that for her. Also, will be getting myself another fraction very soon, so stay tuned. =)
Bah, off I go now. Have to drive Eugene to Gazebo for supper so take care you all and goodbye!
22 January 2004
Tsk. Just woke up minutes ago from a short nap. Why? My head’s spinning, taste buds are not working, and the nose blocked. It’s just the second day of Chinese New Year and I am already cursed with fever. Like what those feng shui masters have predicted, those borned in the tiger year will have a much tougher time and will have to take extra precautions in whatever we do. Believe it or not? Can’t really give you an exact answer, but judging from what has happened to me today, I guess it’s pretty much true as well :\
Didn’t sleep well last night as I helped out with my mom on prayers and burning jossticks. And gosh, it hella hurts as those smouldering smoke gets in the eyes and my sensitive nose wasn’t capable of handling such excessive smoke, so it went shut and mucus starts flowing out like tapping water =X Not sure if those smokes I ‘inhaled’ last night could have been the cause of my current sickness, but even if it does… there’s nothing much I can do anyway :\
And sooo, I came back up and washed my hands.. Continued chatting with the guys and Zue Wen, a friend from Sri KL whom I lost contact with. Recently got to keep in touch with her as quite a number of Sri KLians are currently studying in Taylors College. Hahaha… Ended up going to bed around 3 in the morning *Sigh* Oh yeah, Melissa might have even spread her sickness through over the phone to me! Hah! No wonder I woke up, feeling unwell… You’d better be back here and spend me Milo Ais for compensation! (That is, if you’re reading this..)
Hehehe.. Woke up 9am, with the help of my brother who budged into the room and made hella lots of noise. There’s no way you could continue sleeping having him in the same room, cause he’ll come snatching the blanket away and starts irritating you. Hmmm.. Okay fine, so it was dreadful when I first woke up, only to find that I had slight fever. Panicked, ran downstairs and had two pills of Panadol. Quite efficient.. Feeling much better minutes later and had Vegetarian for breakfast.
Finally got to put on the new three-quarter pants which I bought during the trip in Singapore with fellow Drivellers. Not bad, and the red Topshop T-Shirt which says ‘Men! Stop Your Fightings…The Pubs Are Open!’ with a picture of a man wielding his sword. Hahaha really cool one. Thanks mom and sis for the shirt. What next? Relatives from dad’s side came over and paid respect to my late grandma, collected ang pows from them and ‘test sit’ my aunt’s new Hyundai Accent.
Hmm. Surprisingly my uncle and his family left early today, cause I think no one actually layan them. Hahah. Family affairs. Don’t ask. Then we set off on my dad’s car to mom’s side in Petaling Jaya. Now there is so much more merrier compared to my dad’s side. A warm welcome for us, as usual… and more ANG POWS! This year’s total was somewhat a little over my expectations, perhaps because I got an extra ang pow from my grandparents.. As a gift of luck and fortune for my upcoming National Service. Hehehe! Isn’t that bad after all…
And you don’t celebrate Chinese New Year without gambling, be it for money or for fun. Was doing quite well in the first 10 rounds when my uncle suddenly hit back with countless blackjacks, 5cards and 21s. Really fake… He always wins and never loses. So I stopped for a while before moving on to In-Between. Now this is one hella exciting game.. You either win or lose big bucks. Fortunately lady luck was on my side, and so I won RM30, but just enough to cover up the loss hours ago during blackjack :\
Erk, had dinner at my grandparents place and came back home around 7:30pm. Wasn’t feeling quite well and I simply collapsed onto the bed until 20 minutes ago. Had another 2 pills of Panadols. Feeling much better right now, and I’d better be off before my dad budges into my room and give me screw up in the ass of a lifetime. Ciaos.
21 January 2004
Argh! I seriously have to go for Anger Management, thanks to TM-Net for being such a bitch. I was so frustrated I called the Customer Service up and screwed them twice! Argh! But everything seems fine today… and hopefully it stays this way throughout the whole week. Wonder if they ACTUALLY work on the problem, after having me to spend so much time and money just to call them up and listen to the dreadful melodic tune for minutes before the operator picks up the line. Argh!
Hmm, still trying to get used to this new WordPress weblog tool. Yes I know, it’s basically the same as WordPress is an official continuation of the B2 project but everything seems so different. Admin has more controls over the weblog and there’s so much more to do than just simply blogging! Hmm, but I’m still cracking my head on how to move the B2 archives over to WP. Damn, I don’t want to lose those archives as I’ve spent so much time typing all those entries out! *Sob Sob*
Oh well, and before I forget.. Happy Chinese New Year mateys! Hmm, time really flies yeah? In just a blink of the eyes, there goes year 2003 and comes 2004 with heaps of new challenges and resolutions. I have yet to shop for my New Year clothes! Argh.. Went to 1 Utama last Saturday with Evan, Vincent and William, who was the driver on that day. Thanks for the ride of a rollercoaster! =X
Didn’t get myself anything as I was kinda short on $$. Dad came home last night and only handed me some for New Year shopping which is, obviously … a bit late right? Today’s already the first day of Chinese New Year, and I’ve not gotten any new pants! Hmm, will have to scout at Sunway Pyramid tomorrow. Oh, and 1 Utama’s new wing is humongous! Awesome place to hang out.
Erk, I’m so damn hungry even though I had ‘sliced chicken mee soup’ an hour ago.. Mom’s preparing for tonight’s dinner and the essence of braised mushrooms sneaking in to my room through the windows ledge. Whoah, makes my mouth watery and tummy growling again. Argh!
That’s it.. I’m off to continue doing research and studies on MySQL databases. Really complicating. :\
