Really does seem tempting to me, though I wouldn’t be there if it wasn’t because of raining trio and my raving kakis back at home! You guys gonna have so much fun with the amount of activities lined up for you! Party on my behalf, yeah?

Why Johan Gielen again?! His last set back in Zouk KL was such a bore.. Hopefully he’d rock the crowd up but don’t put too much hope anyway. Sander Van Doorn is going to be the man to anticipate with Marcel Woods finishing off the party animals! Fono is also spinning so I expect the Godskitchen Arena to be a really good one. Probably the only arena I look forward to.

Last weekend was awesome, though it could have been a perfect one if it wasn’t of the excessive amount of alcohol flowing down everyone’s throat. Thursday at Velour wasn’t too bad especially with the presence of Tracy and friends. Thanks again, Tracy! Shall treat you to a good Char Kuey Teow meal since you didnt had one weeks ago. Hehehehe!

Then it was Seven on Friday night before topping off the weekend with a house party at Alfred’s place. Hahahaha I’m a living proof of Eugene’s claim that “all heroes die in the end.” So true! Will not go much into detail for now cause I have something better to tell of!

Global trance superstar Paul Van Dyk is set to return in October for the first of two Australian tours this year. The reigning #1 on the DJ Mag Top 100 poll, Van Dyk is set to play 10 cities around Australia across two weekends in 2007.

The first week of his tour will take place in October, where he’ll play Darwin, Brisbane, Melbourne, Cairns and Sydney. Further dates are still to be announced for later in the year, so if you’re situated elsewhere around the country, there’s no need to fret just yet.

The tour coincides with the release of Van Dyk’s brand new album ‘In Between’. His single ‘White Lies’, which features vocals from Jessica Sutta of the Pussycat Dolls, is already setting dancefloors alight, so come October you can expect things will have his critical mass. Don’t sleep on this one, tickets will be walking out the door!

Oh no! Assignments are starting to pile up, just exactly how it’s meant to be or else the urge to get started on work wouldn’t surface. Hahahahaa, okay so that’s not the reason why I haven’t been jotting down much personal notes here for I have been real busy doing… nothing!

Life in Melbourne is such a breeze, and not forgetting to mention that it does get pretty cold as well when the strong gust of wind comes blowing right at you. All is food other than the cold wind that literally pierces through your thin skull. Brother was right about the unpredictable weather conditions after all. I doubt anyone would ever be able to get themselves accustomed to the ever changing climate here.

So I’ll be heading to Velour tonight for yet another back to school uniform party. Hahaha sadly, I don’t have the necessary outfit to go along with the theme. Having friends who work as promoters for clubs can be a love-hate relationship because you get to enjoy a night out with friends and drinks without having to fork out a single cent. The offers are far too tempting but I am constantly resisting myself from attending any more of such events. Tomorrow @ VII (Seven) will be the last!

My sincere apologies for having not posted sufficient pictures lately since I no longer own a compact digital camera. Bringing the D70s around can be quite a hassle due to its enormous physique and pretty heavy too! Am contemplating the option to invest on a brand new Sony T-100 though. I need to get one sooner or later for Godskitchen and Pharmacy White!

So classes have commenced, the main reason why I found myself here in Australia. I must say that it is quite a refreshing environment having to be in the same class with all sorts of people across the globe. Just when I thought I’ve experienced it back in LUCT, the students here are much more livelier and participative. I managed to allocate my subjects into three days, so that means I have a long weekend! Guess it paid off well after having to wake up at 7:30am in the morning to fiddle with the timetable last week.

Aside of that, I have got nothing much to say and I’m too lazy to blog about Mt. Buller at the moment. Brother left Melbourne for almost a week and I’m already missing his presence :\ On a brighter note, Eugene is back and he is now Botak Chin once again. Kakakakaka… Went out for dinner with Ada and friends last night at this restaurant which serves pretty lousy nasi lemak. Nothing beats the one back home at Darusalam! *sobs*

I’ll just end the post of the day with some pictures while I go grab myself a bite since Eugene hasn’t woke up yet. Bummer!

Surely, life in Melbourne has thus far been a great one for me. Having one housemate who possesses the supernatural power of sleeping instantaneously really is fascinating while the other just one can’t seem to stop cursing especially under the influence. After all, they are the ones who I’m going to see the moment I step out of my room on each and every day! The horror! :P

And clubbing for two nights in a row for two consecutive weeks isn’t quite an accomplishment I would be proud of. Yeah, we definitely had a great time socializing and er.. “getting our eyesights checked” with a bottle of beer in our grasps but it surely is body taxing. The amount of alcohol and lack of sleep in exchange of another day gone to waste. Hahahahaha…

Then of course, with all these fun going on, nothing beats the crowd and food back at home waiting for me to indulge on *salivates* Okay, maybe not the crowd. I was browsing through some of the pictures taken ages ago and those memories snapped me back to reality. Friends and family.. tears of sorrow and joy.. Times when I wish I was back at home instead. The only place where I rightfully belong to.
