Until my internet connection is back to its normal state, there will not be any proper post because I’m currently blogging at Tracy and Wilson’s place. Their internet connection here puts Streamyx in shame…. 1000kb/s PWNAGE!!

Melbourne Motor Show International 2008

March

The new semester has finally commenced! I wouldn’t say I’m too keen about going back to university, though having met up with some good friends as well as making a couple new ones help make the first Monday blue a whole lot less to endure. Hehehe! And there’s also the informal BBQ party going on with invitations open to all Communication Design students. Yeah! Always a good way to kick start the new year!

While there isn’t much to talk about for the day, I guess I’m just gonna post up the pictures I managed to snap during the Melbourne Motor Show International 2008 which is held at the Exhibition Center. Be sure to catch it if you have extra time to spare. Guess it doesn’t take much for a person who doesn’t know anything about cars to appreciate what’s on display for the public!

Pictures didn’t turn out what I would have expected. Blame it on the wrong choice of lens which I so conveniently brought along, only to realize that it was a grave mistake. The crowd was bearable but even so, it didn’t really help when it comes to taking pictures of beautiful cars without having distractions. Am just glad that a handful amount of pictures DID make it to my collection of amateur display. Enjoy!

Bugatti Veyron: Total Monstrosity

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution: Truly Evolutionary

Toyota Booth: Massive and FT-HS!

Victorian Police Booth:

Tuned Up Holden Commodore

Land Rover: Not Your Typical Uncle Ride

Holden: How National Cars Should Look Like!

Ferrari: Everyone’s Favourite Stallion

Lamborghini: Gallardo and Murcielago Coupe

Audi: The ExtraAUDInary R8 and S5

Nissan: The All-New R35 GT-R Skyline

BMW: E90 M3 Coupe and X6

Miscellaneous

The Motor Show is simple amazing! Beats the crap out of the ones you find back at home HANDS DOWN!
