Tadao Ando: The Modern Minimalist
The poster and catalogue are achieved in recognition of Tadao Ando, a renowned architect from Japan. Both items reflect on Tadao Ando’s aesthetic preference- minimalistic with the constant use of concrete slabs as dominant material for structuring and decorative purposes, hence the hard cover to resonate on the earlier mentioned style as Ando would have prefered. The catalogue is also perfect bound by myself.
Travelography
The brief is a showcase of mast head design for any magazine genre of your choice and is required to come up with a few spreads. All photograph images used for this brief are also taken by myself from various tourist hot spots in Malaysia.
